Day 13 - Mongolia flag - June 22

A night to... wolves

We took it easy today and we marched off only at two o'clock in the afternoon. Direction: Buutsagan.

During the morning we fix our vehicles, and unfortunately, we realized that two of the four battery chargers do not work anymore. Nicola took the opportunity of a weak internet connection to organize the shipment of 4 new rechargers which should arrive in Astana within the next week.

With the charging time so dilated our journey will suffer for sure some delay, but do not panic!

The day goes smoothly, at seven in the evening we decided to splurge and organize ourselves for the night. This will be the first time we will camp by using our tents, so far in fact, we have been always hosted by some local family in their Mongol Ger or we took advantage of more comfort by staying in some inn.

Our guide is not quiet at all concerning the arrival of the wolves during the night. We are too tired to think about this hypothetical cases: we enjoy the spectacle of the sunset in front of us, is priceless, and the fatigue slips away only to look at it.

Good night to all!
